JT-NY Round Tube Inner Polishing Machine

This machine is specially designed for the inner circle polishing of stainless steel pipes. It has reasonable structure design, advanced mature technology and system, stable operation, good dynamic performance, wide polishing range, convenient operation and maintenance, strong continuous work stability and high production efficiency.
 

 

Product Features: -The machine adopts 4 cylinder clamp tubes, which are driven by the motor to rotate the polishing rod and the polishing head. The three polishing heads on the left and right are simultaneously operated to polish the inner wall of the stainless steel pipe. This machine only needs one operator to operate the machine. The machine can polish three 3 to 6 meters long stainless steel pipes at a time, and can set different polishing speeds according to the different diameters of the pipes. The polished stainless steel pipe is driven by four cylinders for automatic unloading. -This machine can also polish three-meter-long stainless steel pipes. When polishing, you only need to turn the right non-operating knob to the right closed state, and then put a three-meter-long short stainless steel tube into the polishing table on the left to automatically perform the polishing operation.
