1.  This  equipment  is  suitable  for  laser  cutting, stamping shearing, flame cutting  plasma  cutting, machining and other processes such as slag burr removal, surface pre-grinding, drawing, and edge chamfering of metal sheets.

2.  This   machine   is   an   integrated   device  with  abrasive   belt+polishing   roller  station  deburring functions.  adjust  the  corresponding  grinding  parameters  and  select  the  appropriate  abrasive according to the different surface requirements of the workpiece.

3.  This  equipment  is equipped with wide abrasive  belt and polishing roller station structures. The abrasive  belts  rotate  at  high  speed  driven  by  the grinding  roller  to  draw,  polish  and  deburr the surface of the workpiece.

1.  Principle of abrasive belt and hairline roller
The deburring mechanism of this equipment is a wide-width abrasive belt & hairline roller station structure, and the abrasive belt mechanism is arranged longitudinally in a wide width. It adopts a  lifting and abrasive belt swing mechanism, which can easily perform high-precision wire drawing,  punching and curling and other hard burrs on the surface of the workpiece.
2.  Principle of fixing and conveying mechanism
The equipment is driven by a high temperature wear-resistant and anti-damping conveyor belt and
the conveying speed is adjustable.     It adopts pressure roller clamping to absorb and fix the conveying    workpiece, which is suitable for grinding plate workpieces of various.
