This machine has a CNC control system, it has a better polishing effect, and can save a lot of manpower and time.

Product Feature

1. Grinding with abrasive belts, high efficiency, low noise, and less dust. It can use a flap wheel or cloth wheel to polish, mirror surface can be achieved.

2. Integrated belt polishing machine, which can respectively polish different parts such as tank body and head, grinding, and select the abrasive belt grinding head with processing precision Ra ≤ 0.2um (mirror effect). Both workpiece rotation and lateral feed are variable frequency step less speed regulation, which further improves work efficiency.

 

3. One device can polish the inner and outer surfaces of the tank and the head, equipped with two sets of grinding heads and two sets of workpiece turning mechanisms.

 

4. Use Siemens CNC control system. Automatic polishing of the workpiece can be achieved only by setting the program. This method can save a lot of manpower and time and can have a better polishing effect.
