This machine can both polish tanks and dish ends.  It is suitable for all kinds of steel tanks, vessels, dish ends,  tank covers to polish the inside and outside. And it can also be used to polish the inside and outside, surface finish of the circumferential weld processing.

 

1. Grinding with an abrasive belt, high efficiency, low noise, and less dust. It can use a flap wheel or cloth wheel to polish, mirror surface can be achieved.
2. Integrated belt polishing machine, which can respectively polish different parts such as tank body and head, grinding, and select the abrasive belt grinding head with processing precision Ra ≤ 0.25um (mirror effect). Both workpiece rotation and lateral feed are variable frequency step less speed regulation, which further improves work efficiency.
