Equipment Function Introduction:
-This equipment is equipped with a set of universal rotating abrasive structures, which are highly adaptable to the shape and size of the workpiece, ensuring uniform grinding of the workpiece end surface. It is especially suitable for processing workpieces with complex shapes. The profile of the cut surface of the profile is evenly ground, the burrs are completely removed, and the edges are smooth and rounded.
-The deburring mechanism of this equipment is a universal rotating wire wheel structure, and the grinding mechanism is arranged parallel to the end face of the profile, which can easily process the end face burrs of complex profiles.
-This equipment uses a pneumatic clamping mechanism to clamp the workpiece, which is firmly fixed on the rubber pad by pneumatic clamping and transported into the grinding area.
