Machine Principle

 

1.Principle of diamond hammer &abrasive belt & rotary brush station mechanism
The deburring mechanism of this equipment is a wide-width abrasive belt & rotary brush station structure, and the abrasive belt mechanism is arranged longitudinally in a wide width. It adopts a lifting and abrasive belt swing mechanism, which can easily perform high-precision wire drawing, punching and curling and other hard burrs on the surface of the workpiece.
This equipment is equipped with two sets of diamond hammer structures. The abrasive belt rotates at high speed driven by the grinding roller to remove the slag on the surface of the workpiece.
The motor drives the roller brush abrasive to rotate at high speed 360°. The 360° revolution of the whole machine rubs and beats the edge of the workpiece surface, making the contour edges around the workpiece surface and in the hole smooth and rounded, producing a rounded corner effect.
2.Principle of fixing and conveying mechanism
The equipment is driven by a high temperature wear-resistant and anti-damping conveyor belt and the conveying speed is adjustable.  It adopts pressure roller clamping to absorb and fix the conveying  workpiece, which is suitable for grinding plate workpieces of various shapes.
